. Learn more : The brain can focus and store intense information for 20 minutes. Then you need a break. Include your lectures.

8th Brain loves to connect to learning something you already know. Interests: Ask people for an experience that they have been excited about. This raises your successes.

ninth Remember : First we learn, we remember. The five modes of this are metacognition, entertaining the game, insights, society and music.

• Metacognition: awareness of self-learning. [In the course people were thinking of how they learn]

• Word Game: Acronyms: What Abbreviations Can Your Audience Have to Help Remember and Remember What You Present

• Retrieval: People are kept better by examining the information they have learned. After sleep, the information is better retrieved. Sleep re-activates the circuits they have learned. The last hour of sleep is the most important. Of course, they wake up in the course.
