Emotional intelligence is severely undervalued. If you feel jammed, frustrated, stressed, nervous or overwhelmed, clever emotional awareness is the most important thing to make. During your confusion you may experience such special emotions that will help you. The key is therefore to understand the messages in your feelings and to use your energy properly.

Even so-called "negative emotions", such as sadness, anger, and fear, transmit important information and energy to specific activities that can help you and others. Emotions are intent on purpose, and when that goal is met, the sensation is far behind. Regrettably, as in society, we do not recognize and emotionally evaluate emotional energy and information, so we tend to face these emotions.

For example, with emotions such as anger, it may be blasting or crushing under the surface because you do not want to act angrily. Or express your feelings in a reactive way or completely erase the feeling.

The emotional intelligence expert, Karla McLaren, describes a healthy third alternative. He says he can promote a healthy flow of emotions by consciously "transmitting" information and energy from emotions. In other words, emotions contain intuitive messages with the energy to do something about the messages. This is true of so-called "negative" emotions and "positive" emotions.

For example, McLaren suggests that: [ANGER] arises when you or someone or something you like, is jeopardized to take defensive steps or to set a definite limit.

• SADNESS occurs when you have to let go, which is no longer serving you or past, so you can move forward.

• FEAR emerges,

Thus, all emotions must include a MESSAGE and ENERGY to complete a specific action mode.

• JOURY encourages its extensive, expressive,. Putting into emotions helps you get these messages and take these steps.

Let's take a closer look at these emotions. Sadness, anger and fear often misunderstand and misjudge. We tend to suppress them, stay stuck in them or express them cruelly with negative consequences.

So, while working with these emotions, it's important that you do this. Look at them as curious observers, given the attitude of deliberately, at this moment, without judgment. Know that emotions are simply about you, others, events, and energy to do something about this information. They do not define who you are and will be handed over when they collect their data and take the right steps. (Note: If you feel overwhelmed or paralyzed by feelings where you can not deliberately process them, help an intensive emotional counselor.) The sadness is meant to let go of what is not working or what's in the past and done. Sadness is an aqueous, downflowing energy that lets you liberate what is no longer serving you so you can return to fluidity and flexibility of your life.

If you allow the right sorrow, energy, and new opportunities. If you do not know the sadness or you can not know how to behave, you will bury him from the inside where he or she will go forever, or feel lost and overwhelmed.

Here's an exercise adapted by Karla McLaren's book "The Language of Emotions" that helps to deliberately process feelings of sadness

. When you feel a sad feeling of betraying yourself, you have to take a quiet, private time to focus on the feeling. Turn on the feeling of sadness, find out where you live in your body, and find curiosity to learn what to say to you

. Take a deep breath, as if you were filling your whole body with breath. When you flinch, sigh and feel your sadness is like water through your body, your feet and feet, and the ground. Stay in the center of your inner space and ask your sorrow, "What should be released or released now?" Do not rush the answer. Instead, the question should be kept open. Listen and feel inside.

Repeat your breath through your body as many times as you feel and keep the question open so that your deeper knowledge can be answered. He may know what he needs to do or find out later. In any case, preparation for sadness (or any kind of emotion) will trigger a discovery and integration process that promotes progress. The Positive Purpose of Anger

Anger raises personal boundaries and the protection of personal space. You feel angry when you are a personal limit to someone or something you care about, break or break. If we are able to identify the source of the perceived threat and use the energy available in anger to strengthen your personal space and take appropriate action, anger will be reduced.

Here is an exercise that has been adapted from McLaren to gather information and use energy in its wrath:

1. If you feel anger grows, focus on your body and touch the sensual feel better. Curiously, feel the sensation to know more about it.

2nd Take a deep breath. When you flush out, imagine and feel as if your energy in your anger goes to a sphere, around it the width of your arms, your personal boundary, and it will strengthen it with brilliant color. Do this until you feel your energy change, so you work in your wit, your feeling and energy, without consuming it

. Ask your anger about the question: "What should be protected or restored?"

4th Then ask, "What action will restore healthy borders and protect the important ones?"

These questions help identify threats so you can take the right steps. Try this when anger arises and you see how it works for you.

The positive purpose of fear

They told us, "Fear is what holds us back" and "The only thing is fear." If we only overcome our fears we will be able to live fully and to realize our hopes and dreams. But what if the perennial wisdom of fear is missing something? What if the essential form of fear is one of our wise guidance?

Emotions have three primary forms: unconscious reactive expression, repressed cycling status, and healthy, free flowing state. It is possible that only the first two forms of fear are known: a reactive expression that overwhelms and suppresses a state of constant low level anxiety.

The fear of a healthy, free-flowing form is completely different. What if fear can signal intuitive awareness to something that requires attention? What if he warns you about the important action?

Such a form of fear is a sixth sense that reaches your personal space to recognize what is happening to you, others, and your environment. Fear can warn you of what's going on in your own body. It can alert you to the actions and intentions of the surrounding people and the state of the environment. When you learn to recognize this information, it can help you choose wiser actions.

To learn the fear as a wise guide, try this simple exercise:

1. If you feel that fear is generated, take a quiet, private moment into the feeling. The feeling of fear, you find where you live in your body, and curiosity to find out what to tell you

. Take a deep breath, as if you were filling your whole body with breath. As an expiration, imagine and feel that your breath fills the sphere of your personal space around the width of a arm around the whole body. Understand your personal space and the wider circle and look for fine signals. For example, you may be drawing on an area within your body or looking at something or someone in your environment. You can feel the urge to move somewhere or away.

3rd Stay focused in your personal space and ask your fears about the question, "What steps should be taken now?" Do not rush the answer. Instead, the question should be kept open. Listen and feel inside. See what it means. There is an inspiration to take a concrete step.

It may take some time to learn to detect control signals. As you please, be patient. Simplicity of insertion of emotional signs is an educated skill. It enhances your ability to feel the inner guidance from fear and emotions through conscious practice.

You can learn to know the quality of the marks that show the exact presence of false interpretations based on painful past experiences. There is another kind of sensitivity to accurate and false guidance. False guidance can be alarming, stressful or rushing. He is convinced of what has happened in the past or is too concerned about the future. Exact emotional guidance has a factual, present, forward-looking quality that feels like perfect timing.

So summarizing how emotions come and do not worry about them and ask:

• What is this feeling in my body?

• How exactly is this emotion?

• What is the message in this feeling? please let me do it?
