Why do dreamers dream of dreaming dreams while others are trying to attain purity once? I recently wondered when interviewing a young Norwegian woman, L. Salvesen, for The Lucid Dream Exchange. He says you have about fifteen hundred lucid dreams per year. Most of us, averaging three to four lucid dreams averaging over one month, sound fifteen hundred years incredible!

But he is not the only man. Over the years, I met a number of very common bright dreamers, online and in person. They wondered for their ability, I began to look for some common features – something that explains this high frequency. I noticed that it is often assumed that everyone lucidally dreamed and was shocked to find out that this is not the case. In some cases, their often legible dream can be traced to lasting childhood nightmares, where they learned how to achieve cleanliness against nightmares' scripts. In other cases, their frequent lucid dreaming was related to certain vigilant spiritual practices.

Recalling my carefree college days to study behavioral psychology and reading Carlos Castaneda, I dreamed of 3-8 dream dreams every month at the top of 30 months – I portrayed this as a behaved actor. Part of this growth is attributed to the MILD technique. But decades later, when I began to meet ultra-common bright dreamers, I began to feel a bit down, in a quantitative sense. How was the brightness so often created?

Then a mini epiphany came to me.

One day, reading an ultra-common dreaming dreamer's e-mail, I responded with the curiosity of envy: "How does it become clear to almost every dream?" The lucid dreamer wrote that he was constantly accustomed to the question: What did I do? "This mental habit took over the dreamer's consciousness by saying in her dream," What did I do? "She remembered she realized she was going to sleep, so she had to dream.

at the moment, a little light continued in my mind, and ultra-common, bright dreamers are developing a thoughtful way of thinking.

Pure thinking means a persistent mental habit re-examines the perceived environment or state of consciousness. (eg I am from the nightmares), These ultra-common bright dreams have been verified several times or have analyzed their current situation. Some countless nightmares have obviously confirmed the need to differentiate between awakening from dreaming. allowing them to dream very clearly in state signals that highlight the clear awareness. This is the usual way to look at their condition (awakening or dreaming), of course, led to lucid dreams as a positive way of dealing with nightmares. It was a clear-cut way of thinking about time, which became the unconscious and routine part of the dreaming life.

As for the lucid dreamer who has consistently questioned himself to remember his last action, we find another clear mind. Here it does not do a "reality check" like a memory check, which leads to reality checking! Your question prompts him to look more closely at his environment or current state, and he becomes clear. Whatever the underlying motivation is, some common mental patterns guide these ultra-common bright dreamers to better examine their perceived environment or their current status.

So, how can you use this knowledge to become more cloaky? How can you work to develop a thoughtful mindset? Or do you already have a little thoughtful way of thinking he did not notice?

The secret is simply this: create a persistent mental habit that re-examines the environment.

is as easy as deciding that every time you enter a door, you will automatically think, "What is this place, where am I?"
