To better understand stress, you should understand that there are different stress levels. These levels vary in stress and often point to how to deal with stress. Additionally, tests are available that can help people understand their own specific stress production and thus become better able to understand this knowledge. Then, with this information, a full stress management method can be developed. So when you look at your own stress, keep these stresses away from you and learn the right ways to balance your mind.

These stress levels were found and characterized by Dr. Hans Selye and Dr. Richard Earle of the Canadian Stress Institute. So the names and types are theirs.

first Type – Speed Freak

This stress level is characterized by the fact that it is always necessary to always give 110%. They are often perfectionists, they tend to talk fast and are very impatient. Usually Speed Freaks has learned that they need to work hard to be successful, so they're counting on if they're always working hard, they'll be successful. This, of course, is not necessarily the case, as full-scale running always raises minor problems.

Speed Freak needs to learn how to relax and clarify goals to work hard on things that really matter while relaxing while working on more casual tasks. This can accelerate faster when they have to strive to save effort and energy over time. [2] Type 2 Concern – The Worry Wart

Worry Wart's stress level is to stop the thoughts, but it is equally impossible to put the thoughts into action. Often they overestimate things to paralyze themselves. So they simply rotate the wheels because they do not get anywhere. Worry Warts takes time to worry about their name, and it just does not allow them to leave.

Worry Warts needs to pay special attention to the issues they face, write down all the possible things, and break away, then consider how likely these events are. Then, if you handle everything philosophically, your concern will be reduced and Worry Wart can move on to their goals. [3] Type 3 – the Drifter

Drifter is a people who open so many opportunities that they are unable to actually develop skills. Rather than focusing their energy on specific life goals, they end up focusing on different tasks so that none of them can be fully realized. So they spend their lessons productive, but their lessons rarely give something concrete. Indeed, a paradox of freedom has been created, preventing them from effectively using this freedom.

Drifters need to clarify their life goals, focus on things that feel and try to build a life that is more open than work. Then, if they have a place to steer their efforts, they can tell all the nonsense that surrounds them. [4] Type 4 – Lonely

This stress level is recognized by Loners as being unable to make meaningful relationships with others. This is because they usually work alone, so they do not get much feedback from others. So, rather than building relationships that can help them, they tend to crawl into the shell and keep others from outside. So, as they avoid sharing experiences with others, they can not find out what they enjoy and who they enjoy.

Loners should try to clear their own value and then work with people sharing those values, which in turn allows Loners to move toward goals. This is a goal and a support structure that can help them succeed in this goal. [5] Cart Affairs

This stress is very dangerous as basket issues create their own energy crises. Instead of taking care of themselves, they tend to be more prone to depression and often decide that activities simply make too much effort. They are often in poor health, and their own malaise and depression make it difficult to do anything about it.

Cart issues have to start the right meal to begin healing. Then a few weeks later you have to start practicing. Then, having a bit more energy, they need to learn how to save energy by pausing during work and not covering themselves too extensively.

Type 6 – Cliff Walkers

Cliff Walkers are people who endanger the health. Usually wears wear, often smoke, eat badly, drink too much, and rarely exercise. However, they generally find that nothing bad will actually get out of their bad habits and cause even greater damage to themselves. They usually have problems with maintaining their energy.

Cliff Walkers have the same treatment as basket cases. Eat, then start a training program and learn to save energy so that you do not get steady.

Understanding the stress disabilities people do not only know more about themselves but learn how to succeed. Then, if a particular stress on a person is handled appropriately, that portion of personality that has once burdened can be joyful. Thus, knowing stress levels can actually help people achieve their goals.
